A Fundraiser is your team’s best tool to collect donations for a specific initiative, event, or program that your company is fundraising for. Fundraisers must be associated with at least one nonprofit, but can support up to 8. NOTE: To include multiple nonprofits in a fundraiser, all organizations must be based in the US.

- Creating a Fundraiser Step-by-Step
- Log-in to your Deed Admin profile.
- Go to Manage Deeds > Under Add Deeds, Select New Deed > Fundraiser
- Fill out the form (Name your Fundraiser, Select applicable categories, add a photo or use one of ours, add start/end date, add the nonprofit you are raising funds for, create a goal amount, a point of contact, and whether or not you want the fundraiser to be public)
- Once complete go to Publish Status > Set to Published > Submit
Fundraiser Pro Tips: 1) When creating your fundraiser, you can connect your fundraiser to a previously created Campaign. 2) You can make your fundraiser a Featured Deed and it will show up prominently on the employee homepage. 3) When selecting an image for your fundraiser, we suggest a 1350 x 750 px – image size approx. 1MB

How to Download the list of Fundraiser donors
When people donate to your fundraiser, you can download the list of donors by going to Manage Deeds > Name of Fundraiser > Select 'Export' under the list of donors.

‘deed’ Formatting Tips
When you create a Deed (Fundraiser, Volunteer Event/Project, or Event) you have the option to create an Event Description. There, you can format the description however you'd like! Bold, italicized, bullets, numbers, links – customize your copy to help organize the Deed's information!

Splitting Funds
You can create a fundraiser that will split dollars raised to up to 8 nonprofits at a time. Currently this is only available for Network for Good nonprofits in the United States. To do this, simply the check the box that says “Add multiple nonprofits to this fundraiser” and then add your additional nonprofits.
