Getting Access to a Deed Profile: 

Deed supports 501(c)4, 501(c)6 and 501(c)19 organizations. To get started, you’ll need to claim your Deed profile:

  1. Go to our Claim Your Profile page.
  2. In the Organization Name field, enter your EIN to quickly locate your organization.
  3. Select your organization and provide the required information, including your email address.
  4. Check your email for a link to set your password and log in to Deed.

By completing this process, you will be attached as a user to your organization’s Deed account.

FAQs

  1. What if I can’t claim my organization’s profile?
  • If the profile has already been claimed, email nonprofits@joindeed.com with:
    • Organization name
    • EIN
    • Email address you’d like added as a user
  • Our support team will add you to the existing account.

Onboarding on the Deed platform: 

Onboarding for membership organizations has three steps:

  1. User Verification
  • One user must complete verification for your school.
  • You’ll be directed to log into your PayPal Business account to confirm financial access.
  • Ensure the account name matches your school’s name on Deed.
  • Review typically takes 2–3 business days.
  1. Affiliation
    1. You may be prompted to request affiliation with one of Deed’s partner companies.
    2. If the company you’re seeking is already listed, you may skip this step.
  2. Profile Information
    1. Add final details about your organization, including:
      1. Mission statement
      2. Logo
      3. Contact information

This information can be updated at any time from the Settings tab in Deed.
