Covering Fees

Your company has the option to cover employee donation fees (Organization Support fee & credit card/processor fee) so that 100% of the employee's donation goes to the nonprofit.

☝ In order to cover fees, you must set up a pre-funded account with our partners at PayPal Giving Fund. We can help recommend how much money to pre-fund for covering fees.

• If you already have a pre-funded account with PPGF, amazing! You'll pre-fund for covering fees in the same place.
• To turn on covering fees for your employees, please let your Partner Success Manager know and we'll get that set up for you.
• Once your account is pre-funded and covering fees is turned on, the employee fees will get deducted from your PPGF balance each month.

For employees

• When an employee makes a donation, they don't see any fee deducted from their donation and there is a disclaimer that mentions that 100% of the donation goes to the nonprofit.
