Donation Credits

Deed Donation Credits can be awarded for many different things – volunteer hour credit, new hire credit, recognition credits, and more. If you have received donation credit, congrats!!

To view your donation credit balance, navigate to your Profile. The balance is under the “Donations” section of your profile.

To use your credits, follow the instructions below:

• Under payment type, please select “Pay with Deed credits”

☝ Pro tip: Please ensure that the amount of money you enter in “Amount” is less than or equal to how much money you have in Donation Credits. Covering or deducting the fee impacts that!

 

After donating with your Deed credits, you’ll receive the below confirmation page. You will not receive a receipt, as your company has already paid for your donation!

 

 

Please note, Credits cannot be spent on nonprofits that use Stripe as their main payment processor. This is due to the fact that Stripe does not have the mechanism in place to process credits.
