When creating an Event, Volunteer Event or Volunteer project under the “Manage Deeds” tab, you can add the Form(s) you created under the step "Volunteer Forms." All employee form responses are stored on the volunteer’s profile in the directory.
Pro-tip: You should create your form before you create a Deed to make things easier. However if you’ve already created your Deed, you can edit those details and add your form.
