Depending on your company’s configurations, you’ll see the option to Approve Volunteer Hours.

When an employee submits ‘External Volunteer Hours’, you can view the request in the Employees tab. On the Employees page, you’ll see a button that says ‘Approve Volunteer Hours’ (located on upper right corner of the page).

From there, admins can select ‘Details’ for more information about the volunteer hours and choose to ‘Approve’ or ‘Deny’ volunteer hours.

 

Go to Organizer Hub > Click on Employees tab > Select 'Approve Volunteer Hours' button (located on upper right corner of the page > Organizer can Approve or Deny hours. Employees will then be notified of the change in status.
