Depending on your companyâs configurations, youâll see the option to Approve Volunteer Hours.
When an employee submits âExternal Volunteer Hoursâ, you can view the request in the Employees tab. On the Employees page, youâll see a button that says âApprove Volunteer Hoursâ (located on upper right corner of the page).
From there, admins can select âDetailsâ for more information about the volunteer hours and choose to âApproveâ or âDenyâ volunteer hours.
Go to Organizer Hub > Click on Employees tab > Select 'Approve Volunteer Hours' button (located on upper right corner of the page > Organizer can Approve or Deny hours. Employees will then be notified of the change in status.
