The Deed team wants to make sure admins view and/or download the intended volunteering data based on your company’s use of the Deed platform and approach to impact initiatives. We also know that many of our partner admins find it challenging to get employees to remember to log their hours after a volunteering event or project, which leaves many hours unaccounted for. To address this goal and challenge, we enable you to choose how you want to view your hours on the Volunteering Dashboard and Volunteering Report. The two options are outlined below:
- Expected Hours View - Expected hours include the hours for all deeds that employees signed up for on the Deed platform (we call these committed hours), as well as all hours that employees logged for non-deed/off-platform volunteer opportunities (we call these logged hours). With this approach, you will get a more accurate view of your employee volunteering efforts!
- Standard Hours View - This view only includes logged hours for deeds and non-deed opportunities.
You can change the view using the Hours View Toggle, as shown in below:
