Will location restrictions be applied?

Yes, if your company has location restrictions for different users, then these restrictions will be applied. For example, an admin may see only the data for employees from the countries that admin has access to.

How are Deed credits counted towards donations?

Deed credits are currently included as employee donations. Deed credits will also appear as an option in the Payment Methods chart on the Donations dashboard.

Why do far past or future years appear in the Volunteer Hours Over Time Chart on the Volunteering dashboard?

If there is an unexpected year showing up in this chart, it is because an employee entered an incorrect year. (For example, if an employee logs hours and lists the year as “22” instead of “2022.”)

In these cases, please inform your Partner Success Manager so that Deed can work with you to determine the correct date and update the entry as needed. Deed will also automatically warn employees if the date for which they are entering their logged hours seems unlikely (e.g., 1492).
