  1. Extensive data visualizations to enable high-level and daily monitoring.

  2. Extensive filter options to enable deep dives based on relevant users, nonprofits, impact, and more. Here are some helpful tips:

    1. Filters appear automatically at the top of each dashboard
    2. Some filters are set by default, including the date range, which is set to the current year. All filters can be changed by the user.
    3. If a filter is blank, then all options it is meant to sort currently appear in the dashboard.
    4. To change a filter, the user can type its name or select the relevant option from the filter drop-down. Filters will automatically apply.
    5. Multiple filters can be applied simultaneously.
  3. New functionality:

    1. Download dashboard as a PDF.

    b. Download individual charts as images.

    c. Download the comprehensive data behind an an individual chart (.csv, Excel, or Google Sheets!).

    NOTES:

    • For charts showing activity over time (e.g., donations, volunteer hours, and logins over time), the user can click on a year in the legend to highlight only that year.
    • Tips specifically for the Engagement Dashboard
      • It is best practice to not include dates in the date range filter that are before your company’s launch date with Deed.
      • Login data collection commenced July 2021. For companies who launched with Deed before July 2021, best practice is to not include dates in the date range filter that are before July 2021.
